We booked this place because of all the amenities especially the pool with the option to be heated. The game room and movie theatre was a hit the entire trip. The property was exactly as advertised. Paul, was responsive to all of our inquiries and provided thorough instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely book again but for a much longer stay.

This was the perfect stay for my family and I. Paul was a great host, very responsive and prompt. The house matched the pictures but it looked even better in person. We loved the everything about this location, the pool and spa tub was a great addition as well as the game room which we spent most of our time. If you’re looking for a rental location that makes you feel right at home, this is the one!

My husband and I stayed with our three teenagers. The home is so spacious and full of things to do. We swam, played games and pool, used the theater room, shared meals together both outside and inside. We had a pretty busy schedule but this home provides enough entertainment to treat yourself to a local stay-cation, if you’re close. Paul was responsive to all questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Paul’s place was great! It was just as described. Beautiful pond outback with a walking trail surrounding it. Walmart and eateries right outside the neighborhood. Our family had an amazing time. I would definitely book again!

Was our inaugural guys golf trip to Kissimmee and this was a perfect location for our needs. Close to everything, spacious house with rooms for everyone with extra to spare, was great soaking in the hot tub and pool after a long day of golf. Highly recommend this place!

If this Paul’s place is available, book, book, book. Outstanding place for a group trip. Spacious and comfortable allowing personal space for up to 10 people. Great communication throughout out stay. A “Don’t Miss” establishment.

This stay was great! The house was spacious enough to accommodate my guests and I, while being close to universal and Disney. We felt very safe in the gated community as well. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and clean! The house was very clean and tidy! Would stay here again!

We had a group of eight and this served us very well - six bedrooms were used, having two unused was a nice bonus. That was kind of the thing with this place - it was nice having more than we needed. We didn't use the movie room, but it was nice that it was there. The game room wasn't used a ton, but it was there. The pool (with the added heat) was warm and used often. Communication was smooth and responsive. Any small hiccups were either responded to or no big deal at all. Would definitely stay at again, very great airbnb!
