You will have access to the Champions Club amenities at the Oasis Club including a two pools, a lazy river, a children's splash pad, a pool area bar and restaurant and grill. You will also be able to take advantage of the world class golf and tennis options.

Good to know

This new construction home (2022) has been crafted by a legendary local interior designer that has designed it with modern decor and brand new furnishings throughout. The home has a theater with an 80-inch TV and speaker system. The game room includes a PS5 console and two 4K TVs, air hockey, pool table and a classic arcade game with Pac Man. The home has seven kings sized beds and one bunk bed. It has brand new appliances and kitchen equipment. There's two loungers and a day bed by pool. There's an outdoor table for eating. There's also a washer and dryer. Other Details to Note

Pool Heating | $35 per day . Please tell us at least a week in advance if you'll need heat. Pool heat is only offered for the entire length of your stay not for specific days. BBQ Grill - If you would like to rent a BBQ grill during your stay, you can do through a local rental company. You can schedule drop-off and pick-up directly with them. We will provide you with a link. Pet Fee: A pet fee of $80 per stay applies for one pet, or $100 for two pets. We welcome small dogs and cats only, and pets must be non-shedding and fully house-trained. We cannot accommodate any pets that shed or are not properly house-broken. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for any extra cleaning required due to pets, and guests will be responsible for any pet-related damage to the property. These fees and charges will be assessed and added to your final bill.

This was the perfect stay for my family and I. Paul was a great host, very responsive and prompt. The house matched the pictures but it looked even better in person. We loved the everything about this location, the pool and spa tub was a great addition as well as the game room which we spent most of our time. If you’re looking for a rental location that makes you feel right at home, this is the one!

My husband and I stayed with our three teenagers. The home is so spacious and full of things to do. We swam, played games and pool, used the theater room, shared meals together both outside and inside. We had a pretty busy schedule but this home provides enough entertainment to treat yourself to a local stay-cation, if you’re close. Paul was responsive to all questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Was our inaugural guys golf trip to Kissimmee and this was a perfect location for our needs. Close to everything, spacious house with rooms for everyone with extra to spare, was great soaking in the hot tub and pool after a long day of golf. Highly recommend this place!

This stay was great! The house was spacious enough to accommodate my guests and I, while being close to universal and Disney. We felt very safe in the gated community as well. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and clean! The house was very clean and tidy! Would stay here again!

We had a group of eight and this served us very well - six bedrooms were used, having two unused was a nice bonus. That was kind of the thing with this place - it was nice having more than we needed. We didn't use the movie room, but it was nice that it was there. The game room wasn't used a ton, but it was there. The pool (with the added heat) was warm and used often. Communication was smooth and responsive. Any small hiccups were either responded to or no big deal at all. Would definitely stay at again, very great airbnb!

we had a group of 11 and this house was perfect! So much room for everyone. immaculately clean. 20 minutes to the Disney or universal parks. we wish we had an extra day to just hang out at the house to enjoy the game room and theater and pool. highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Had a great time at Champions Gate in Pauls place. Booked for a quick golf trip and myself and my 3 friends had a fantastic time. The games room, the theatre room, large living areas and bedrooms were all incredible. Super impressive. We had a few hiccups which was the unseasonably cold temperatures caused some issues. Due to the temperatures being low, we were very much looking forward to getting into the pool spa (hot tub type of deal) and paid extra for pool heat. Unfortunately we got in it it was a 'warm tub' at best - not what we were looking for - which Paul explained was due to the cold temperatures and did refund us for. No problem at all. We didn't enjoy the fact the temperatures were locked. Upstairs the temperature was set at 58 and way, way too cold. Yes, outside was cold, but not being able to turn the heat up wasn't a great experience. These issues were not enough to dock a star though. We still had a great time!
