While electric pool heaters often struggle during cooler periods and may fail to reach comfortable temperatures, our gas system maintains ideal warmth regardless of outside conditions. No more disappointing "too cold to swim" moments or long waits for the water to warm up - your pool is ready for enjoyment any time, day or night, even during chilly spells. Pool Heating | $35 per day . Please tell us at least a week in advance if you'll need heat. Pool heat is only offered for the entire length of your stay not for specific days. BBQ Grill - If you would like to rent a BBQ grill during your stay, you can do through a local rental company. You can schedule drop-off and pick-up directly with them. We will provide you with a link. Pet Fee: A pet fee of $80 per stay applies for one pet, or $100 for two pets. We welcome small dogs and cats only, and pets must be non-shedding and fully house-trained. We cannot accommodate any pets that shed or are not properly house-broken. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for any extra cleaning required due to pets, and guests will be responsible for any pet-related damage to the property. These fees and charges will be assessed and added to your final bill.
